Registration Procedure

1. Click “Online Registration” button.
2. Fill out the registration form and click “Submit” button.
3. Pay your registration fee by credit card or bank transfer.
• Credit card: The registration is completed when you receive the receipt from Allat payment. If not or you have trouble paying the registration via online, please contact IEEE CASE 2012 Secretariat via email. (Email: case2012@kros.org).
• Bank Wire: In order to confirm your payment, please send the remittance slip via email. (Email: case2012@kros.org)
4. Check your registration status.

Registration fees

* IMPORTANT: Advance registration is required in order to upload the final material of accepted contributions (regular, special session, industrial papers) by June 15, 2012. A regular conference registration can be used to upload at most 2 contributions. Additional manuscript upload above the limit will require another regular registration. Six pages in the standard IEEE conference paper format are allowed for each paper, including figures. A maximum of two additional pages are permitted at an extra charge of US$200/page.

• The student registration fees for the main conference include:
• Admission to all technical sessions
• Conference material (Program book, Abstract book, Conference bag, Conference badge, Conference proceeding CD)
• Coffee breaks
• Certificate of attendance

• Please be informed that:
• for papers within 6 pages, publication is included in the registration fee;
• for each extra page (up to a maximum of 2 pages - total page cannot exceed 8 pages), you will be requested to pay USD 200/page.

(2) Workshops and Tutorials

• The Workshop/tutorial registration fees include:
• Admission to the registered tutorial or workshop
• Coffee breaks
• Dinner (Workshop 1 only)

• Payment by credit card is available through the on-line procedure only.
• To complete on-line payment, your credit card should be enrolled to the Visa 3D Secure for the safe usage of credit card.

Refund request

All refund requests must be in writing to Secretariat (case2012@kros.org) and received before August 1, 2012. A 20% cancellation charge will be deducted from the registration fee. All reimbursements will be made after the conference. Note that on or after August 1, 2012, your registration fee will NOT be refunded. In any cases, if your registration is used to upload your contribution for CASE2012, your registration fee cannot be refunded.
